Healthy “Shamrock Shake”

A healthy alternative to a timeless favorite.

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup frozen coconut chunks
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 cup plant milk of your choice
1/4 teaspoon mint ice cream
Mint, whip cream and chocolate chips for garnish

A tropical shamrock shake is the perfect way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Combine frozen banana, avocado, frozen coconut chunks, milk, vanilla ice cream and teaspoon mint extract in a high powdered blender. Top with whip cream, chocolate chips and mint leaves for the ultimate decadent, green treat!
