Fruit Tray with Yogurt Dip
Perfect as a dessert or appetizer.
Ingredients:
(Serve 2-4)
For dip:
2 cups vanilla yogurt or vegan coconut yogurt
1 cup Coconut King Shredded Coconut
For fruit tray:
1 pineapple, cut in half horizontally and hollowed out to make a bowl. Chop the remaining pineapple into bite sized pieces.
Red or green grapes
Kiwi slices
Watermelon slices
Strawberries
Coconut King Coconut Chunks
Blackberries
Any other fruit you desire
Mix coconut chunks and yogurt together in a bowl and then spoon into the half pineapple. Spread the fruit on the tray as you like and place the pineapple “bowl" in the middle. Serve immediately.
