Tropical Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen Coconut Chunks
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh mango
  • 2 cups blueberry, strawberry, or mix
  • 3 cups coconut water
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Add more coconut water or protein powder as needed. Top with granola or fresh fruit. Serves 2-3
