- 2 cups frozen Coconut Chunks
- 1 cup frozen or fresh mango
- 2 cups blueberry, strawberry, or mix
- 3 cups coconut water
- 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
- Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Add more coconut water or protein powder as needed. Top with granola or fresh fruit. Serves 2-3
