Summer Fruit Tray

Perfect for breakfast or an appetizer.

Ingredients:

(Serves 2-4 as an appetizer)

2 stone fruit of your choice: peaches or nectarines thinly sliced
1/2 melon of your choice: cantaloupe or watermelon, sliced thinly into triangles
2 cups strawberries cut in half
2 oranges, thinly sliced and quartered
3 kiwi, sliced or fancy cut. Cut the kiwi along the center diameter in a zig zag or star pattern, tutorials here.
1 cup Coconut King Coconut Chunks

Summer fruit means a tray loaded with ripe strawberries, thinly sliced melon, Coconut King Coconut chunks and more. Layer all the ingredients above on a tray and serve.
