Coconut Rice
The perfect side dish.
Ingredients:
(Serve 4 as a side dish)
1 cup white rice
1/2 cup Coconut King Shredded Coconut
1 can coconut milk
Garnishes:
Green onions, sliced
Sesame seeds
Sweet chili or soy sauce
Cook rice, Shredded Coconut and coconut milk in a rice cooker or on the stove. On the stove simmer and stir often until rice is soft and absorbs the coconut milk. Top with more Shredded Coconut, green onions, sesame seeds and sweet chili sauce or soy sauce. Coconut Rice makes the perfect side dish and pairs well with shrimp or other protein.
