Banana, Date, Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Bring the tropics to breakfast.

Ingredients:

(Serves 1)

For smoothie:
4 dates
1/4 cup Coconut King Coconut Chunks
1 cup plant milk of your choice
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen mango or pineapple
Coconut King Shredded Coconut for garnish
Chopped dates and sliced banana for garnish

Blend all fruit and plant milk in a high powered blender. Scoop into a bowl. Top with chopped dates, shredded coconut and sliced banana.
